Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Finance Functions

• Bookkeeping: Maintain a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the General Ledger (GL).
• Daily Accounting Operations: Record daily accounting transactions, issue invoices and receipts, and process payment vouchers.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Statutory Compliance: Assist with tax submissions, e-invoicing, audit coordination, and statutory payroll contributions and deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

2. Human Resources & Administration Functions

• Payroll Processing: Calculate monthly salaries and overtime (OT), track employee leave, and maintain medical leave (MC) and medical claim records.
• HR Documentation: Prepare and issue offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents, while maintaining employee records.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
• HR Policy & Labour Law Compliance: Ensure company policies and HR practices comply with applicable Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
