About the role
WISE Insurance Services (HK) Limited is seeking a Client Management Senior Manager/Manager – Corporate Solutions to join our dynamic sales and account management team. This is a full-time position based in Kwai Fong, Kwai Tsing District. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic relationships with corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across our corporate solutions portfolio. This position is pivotal to our business development strategy, as you will act as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance and risk management solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target new corporate clients to expand the client base
Prepare and deliver tailored corporate solutions proposals and presentations to prospective and existing clients
Manage the complete account lifecycle, including onboarding, service delivery, and renewal of corporate insurance policies
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive and competitive solutions
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues to maintain long-term partnerships
Analyse client needs and market trends to recommend appropriate insurance products and risk management strategies
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by management
Prepare regular reports on account performance, pipeline development, and market insights
Mentor and support junior account management staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build professional relationships and enhance brand visibility
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales within the insurance, financial services, or corporate solutions sector
Proven track record of successfully managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
Strong knowledge of corporate insurance products, risk management solutions, and underwriting principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and develop customised solutions that deliver value
Proficiency in client relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and challenges
Resilience and persistence in a competitive sales environment, coupled with a results-driven mindset
Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is desirable
A relevant professional qualification such as the Diploma in Insurance or equivalent insurance industry qualification is preferred
Experience working in Hong Kong's corporate insurance market is highly valued
