Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage.

Good communication skills, friendly personality, and a positive attitude.

Willing to learn coffee and beverage preparation and operate coffee machines.

Able to work in a team, follow SOPs, and accept instructions.

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining workplace cleanliness.

Able to start work immediately or at short notice.

Prepare coffee, beverages & menu items according to SOP.

Provide friendly customer service and handle orders.

Operate POS and handle payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and outlet.

Monitor stock and ensure supplies are replenished.

Ensure quality and consistency of all beverages.

Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow company SOPs, safety and hygiene standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
