We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, understanding their requirements, preparing kitchen cabinet and custom furniture designs, providing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, strong communication skills, and an interest in interior design and cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, budget and design requirements.
• Prepare kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and custom furniture designs using 2D and 3D design software.
• Prepare quotations, costing and project proposals for customers.
• Present design concepts and proposals to customers and make revisions based on their feedback.
• Follow up with potential customers, handle enquiries and negotiate sales.
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure designs meet technical and site requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and site visits when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of kitchen cabinet materials, hardware, accessories and installation is an advantage.
• Familiar with 2D/3D design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD or similar software.
• Willing to learn and operate Cabinet Vision software. Training will be provided.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Creative, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
