Requirements
- Malaysian candidates preferred.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
- Responsible, organized, and possess good communication skills.
- Candidates with HR, recruitment, or administrative experience will be preferred. Fresh candidates who are willing to learn are also welcome.
- Able to work on-site in Taman Desa Tebrau, Johor Bahru.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding, attendance records, employee documentation, and general HR administration.
- Support daily office administration and document management.
- Communicate and coordinate with local Malaysian suppliers, candidates, and relevant parties when required.
- Provide administrative and operational support for other daily company activities.
