Strong foundational knowledge of manufacturing operations, mechanical or experience in project management.

Proficiency in 2D/3D modeling and simulation tools (specify preferred software) or relevant project management and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager, the candidate is expected to:

Perform DfX reviews and ensure designs meet manufacturability and reliability standards.

Develop prototypes and conduct performance testing and failure analysis.

Collaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and timely project execution.

Create and maintain detailed engineering, project, and process documentation.

Deliver manufacturing outputs and/or project milestones aligned with schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Drive project planning, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle.

Demonstrate flexibility in taking on diverse engineering and project management tasks as required by project scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, or project management.

Strong understanding of automation systems is an advantage.

Experience leading cross-functional projects, product introductions, manufacturing transfers, or production ramp activities is highly desirable.
