As a Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager, the candidate is expected to:

• Perform DfX reviews and ensure designs meet manufacturability and reliability standards.
• Develop prototypes and conduct performance testing and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and timely project execution.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering, project, and process documentation.
• Deliver manufacturing outputs and/or project milestones aligned with schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Drive project planning, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrate flexibility in taking on diverse engineering and project management tasks as required by project scope.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, or project management.
• Strong understanding of automation systems is an advantage.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, product introductions, manufacturing transfers, or production ramp activities is highly desirable.
