We are committed to delivering quality, safety, and excellence across all our projects. We are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our project team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for civil, marine, or dredging projects.

Ensure work is carried out according to plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Coordinate and monitor activities of workers, subcontractors, and machinery on-site.

Conduct site inspections, safety checks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Report progress, delays, or issues to the Project Engineer/Project Manager regularly.

Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage and handling on-site.

Resolve minor technical issues and assist in implementing construction methods.

Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for civil, marine, or dredging projects.

Sound knowledge of construction methods, structural works, marine equipment, and site safety practices.

Ability to read technical drawings and plans.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Willing to be based at project sites, including remote or coastal locations.

Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
