Invoicing cum Administration & Inventory Assistant

Work Location: Taman Cheras Jaya (Balakong)
Warehouse & Clearance Sales Operation

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documents.
• Handle daily sales and administrative documentation.
• Record sales and inventory-related transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Assist with daily sales collection and reconciliation.
• Coordinate documentation for stock transferred from sales branches.
• Support stock-taking and inventory reconciliation when required.
• Process and maintain proper records of customer payments.
• Manage invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and stock transfer orders.
• Support the sales team with daily warehouse operations.
• Coordinate and assist with stock for lorry drivers.
• Ensure all documents are properly recorded/ kept, and data entered into the system is accurate.

What we're looking for:

• Hold an STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2~3 years of experience in sales support, invoicing, payment processing, inventory, clerical or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of Invoicing, Purchase Orders (PO), and stock control.
• Candidates with experience using SAP, Epicor, Oracle, or other established ERP systems will have an advantage.
• Able to handle stock checks and basic warehouse coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for stock tracking & reporting).
• Accurate, organised and attentive to detail.
• Good communication skills and able to work with sales and logistics teams.
• This position will be based at the Taman Cheras Jaya Warehouse (Company's new warehouse).
• The salary offer will be based on the relevant experience related to the role's requirements.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
