Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support / Hardware Support team member to provide after-sales support and maintenance for existing computer servers.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• 0–1 year of working experience; fresh candidates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required, as this role involves frequent communication and providing support to international Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Able to communicate primarily in Mandarin and English.

• Possess basic knowledge of computer software and hardware.

• Willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training.

• Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Provide after-sales support to existing customers.

• Handle maintenance of existing operating and non-operating servers.

• Assist with basic computer hardware and software-related support.

• Troubleshoot and follow up on server or hardware-related issues when required.

• Provide general sales and technical support as assigned.
