We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage and oversee the company’s day to day finance operations, with a strong focus on cash flow management, banking facilities, Banker’s Acceptance (BA), payments, collections and working capital management.

The successful candidate will work closely with management, operations, suppliers, customers and financial institutions to ensure the company maintains healthy cash flow and effective financial controls.

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor the company’s cash position, incoming collections and outgoing payments.
• Plan and prioritise payments according to business requirements and available cash flow.
• Analyse cash flow requirements for scrap purchases, supplier payments, payroll, statutory payments and operating expenses.
• Manage and monitor the company’s banking facilities and financing arrangements.
• Prepare and process Banker’s Acceptance (BA) applications, settlements and related documentation.
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate collection activities.
• Verify customer invoices, credit notes and supporting documents.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Handle and maintain the company’s full set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with monthly closing and ensure all accounting entries are properly recorded.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting records and financial transactions comply with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretarial representatives and other professional parties

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in cash flow management and banking facilities will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Banker’s Acceptance (BA), trade financing or other banking facilities is preferred.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts, AP, AR and bank reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as UBS.
• Good understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements, including SST and LHDN-related matters, where applicable.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
