Responsibilities
Conduct regular site visits and safety inspections.
Monitor employees’ compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
Assist in identifying unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and workplace hazards.
Conduct safety and environmental briefings for employees.
Assist in toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, drills, and other safety activities.
Coordinate and assist with internal training programs.
Prepare training materials, attendance, evaluation forms, and certificates.
Maintain and update training and learning records.
Ensure all training documents are properly filed and ready for audit.
Track employees’ training and competency status.
Assist with safety, environmental, and training audits.
Follow up on safety findings and corrective actions.
Ensure employees follow required safety and environmental compliance.
