Job Description

• Assist in daily production planning, scheduling and monitoring.
• Ensure production activities run smoothly and achieve daily targets.
• Monitor manpower, raw materials and production output.
• Coordinate with Production, QC/QA, Warehouse and other relevant departments.
• Ensure products are produced according to required quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor production records and prepare relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, Halal, hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Assist in resolving production and operational issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise and coordinate production workers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal and food safety is an advantage.
• Willing to work according to operational requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
