Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify and engage potential customers.
• Introduce relevant financial and customer solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Identify customers who may have a genuine interest or potential need for our services.
• Ask basic questions to understand and qualify customer requirements.
• Record and maintain accurate customer and lead information.
• Pass qualified leads to the relevant Financial Consultant for further follow-up.
• Follow up with generated leads when required.
• Communicate professionally with potential customers through phone calls and other digital communication channels.
• Achieve agreed lead-generation and performance targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling different types of customers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new customers.
