Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced KYC Analyst to support a client in Singapore. Good opportunity to upskill KYC and compliance skills. Fully remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform KYC, CDD, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for corporate clients.
• Verify corporate documentation, including certificates of incorporation, ownership structures, beneficial ownership, and authorized signatories.
• Conduct screening on beneficial ownership individual
• Ensure KYC files are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Escalate high-risk cases or red flags to senior compliance or management.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of KYC reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in KYC
• Degree in Business related course
• Attention to details
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Able to work independently and minimum supervision

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
