RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Collect all completed maintenance records from the LMS/BMS team.
• Conduct a thorough review of all documents to verify completeness and adherence to certification requirements.
• Upon satisfactory review, scan and digitize the maintenance records, including all supporting documentation such as ARC, CAAM Form 1, CoC, and Serviceable Labels and upload them to the designated Google Drive.
• Ensure all scanned maintenance records for ADE Part 145 are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and remain readily accessible for future audits or inquiries.
