Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Wood Flooring Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience promoting or selling carpentry, timber, wood flooring, or related building materials.

This role involves promoting our wood flooring products, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product information to customers in the carpentry, renovation, construction, and interior design industries.

Key Responsibilities

• 推广及销售公司的木地板和木材产品。
• Promote and sell the company's wood flooring and timber products.
• 开发新客户，并维护现有客户关系，包括木工师傅、承包商、室内设计师及装修公司。

Develop new customers and maintain relationships with carpenters, contractors, interior designers, and renovation companies.

• 主动寻找销售机会，拓展客户群及市场。

Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.Explain product features, specifications, quality, and applications, and recommend suitable products.Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales leads.Work towards sales targets and contribute to business growth.Coordinate with the factory and internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.Visit customers and conduct field sales activities when required.Job Requirements

• 向客户介绍产品特点、规格、品质及用途，并根据客户需求提供建议。
• 跟进客户询问、报价、订单及销售进度。
• 努力达成销售目标，协助公司拓展业务。
• 与工厂及内部团队协调，确保订单处理顺利并提供良好的客户服务。
• 根据工作需要拜访客户及进行外勤销售活动。
• Prior experience as a promoter or sales representative for carpentry products, wood flooring, timber, or building materials is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of wood products, flooring materials, carpentry supplies, or related products is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Confident in approaching customers, promoting products, and closing sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for customer visits.
• Able to work independently while cooperating with the company's internal team.
