Responsibilities
We are looking for a
highly organised, proactive and energetic Personal Assistant
to support our management team in day-to-day operations, coordination and events.
What you’ll do:
Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to management
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings and follow-ups
Coordinate events, meetings, vendors and external partners
Assist with event setup, logistics, registration and on-site coordination
Support event hosting, emceeing and engaging with guests when required
Handle calls, messages, errands and ad-hoc tasks
Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets and simple reports
Assist with Canva, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure tasks are followed through
Keep track of deadlines, action items and ongoing projects
Take on other ad-hoc operational tasks where needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
Organised and good at managing multiple things at once
Proactive — you see what needs to be done instead of waiting to be told
Confident and comfortable speaking to people
Energetic, expressive and able to bring good vibes to events
Comfortable being both
behind the scenes and in front of the crowd
Detail-oriented and reliable with follow-ups
Familiar with Canva, Excel/Google Sheets and common office tools
Willing to handle a mix of administrative, operational, and event-related work
No prior experience required
