Monthly basic salary • Depending on experience

YOUR ROLE

• Lead centre operations and supervise trainers
• Develop industry-relevant technical programmes
• Deliver classroom and practical training
• Assess trainee competency and maintain training quality
• Oversee workshop safety and training records
• Build industry partnerships and support placements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant engineering degree or strong technical qualifications
• Preferably 8 years of industry or training experience
• Leadership experience and hands-on electrical expertise
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia

UPS, generators, automation or data centre experience is an advantage.

• RM500 transport + RM100 telephone allowance per month
