ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT 

1. Understand and carry out IT support in line with the hospital's vision, mission, philosophy, goals and objectives, within the scope of IT Services. 

2. Understand the service organizational structure. 

3. Attend service meetings to discuss issues and matters relating to service operations. 

4. Receive calls from staff and provide IT support as assigned by the Head of IT Services. 

5. Conduct regular rounds of the server farm. 

6. Assist the Head of IT Services with backup, troubleshooting, implementation of new projects, management of master files, preventive maintenance, procurement and security. 

7. Supervise IT staff in the daily operation of IT Services. 

8. Inform the Head of IT Services when circumstances change in a way that may affect IT Services standards. 

Expected outcomes 

• The highest standard of IT support is established. 

• An effective platform is maintained for communication and discussion of grievances. 

• A good working environment is established so IT support is available where needed. 

• IT Services standards are maintained.
