Job Description
Requirements
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Able to perform preventive & corrective maintenance.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in the daily repair and maintenance of game machines at stores, kiosks and the warehouse.
Assist in the repair and maintenance of indoor playground equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize game machine malfunctions and improve operational reliability.
Conduct preventive maintenance on indoor playground equipment to reduce out-of-service (OOS) occurrences.
Support the setup and installation of game machines and equipment for new or relocated amusement stores and kiosks.
Assist in the dismantling and removal of game machines and equipment during store closure or relocation.
Ensure all game machines and playground equipment comply with safety standards and are safe for customer use.
Monitor and maintain the Out-of-Service (OOS) rate within the department's established target.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior, management or the holding company in Japan from time to time.
