Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers, including handling purchase orders (PO) and coordinating shipment arrangements.
  • Handle and follow up on customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate changes to delivery schedules to customers via email or fax and ensuring confirmation from the customer.
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports to monitor sales performance and progress.
  • Maintain proper documentation and perform relevant tasks within the SAP system.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Minimum possess Diploma and above in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is essential as you need to communicate with Taiwan HQ teams.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
