Diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or a related role.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience in the engineering or technical consulting industry is a plus.

Coordinate project sales activities and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to project completion.

Liaise with clients, sales teams, and technical departments to provide project updates and address concerns.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports.

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.

Maintain accurate customer and project records in the CRM system.

Provide administrative support to the sales and project management teams.
