Job Scope:

1) Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.

2) Manage staff duties, work schedules and manpower arrangement.

3) Ensure compliance with company SOPs, discipline, hygiene and safety standards.

4) Monitor food quality, service quality and product presentation.

5) Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve operational issues.

6) Guide, train and supervise staff performance.

7) Monitor stock levels, wastage and outlet operational needs.

8) Conduct routine outlet checks and maintain cleanliness standards.

9) Prepare operational reports and report important issues to the Management.

10)Support the outlet in achieving sales, productivity and KPI targets.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
