• Certificate in CNC machining

• High School Vocational Certificate (Machining)

• 2-3 years in manufacturing / oil & gas industry

• Perform machining operations in accordance to work instructions

• Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance

machining and make the necessary adjustments to correct the fault or

malfunction

• Produce required products in accordance to given specifications with a sense of

quality ownership

• Program components on machine using information provided

• Save all the programs and set up sheets after every job

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Ensure quality of parts is to standard requirements

• Maintain and secure work tools

• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use

• Maintain good housekeeping rules and regulations

• Assist Supervisor with any tooling or material matters

• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations

• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities
