Key Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce residential and commercial property projects to potential customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets, and recommend suitable properties.
• Coordinate and assist customers during property viewings and show-unit visits.
• Follow up with potential buyers and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about property projects, unit availability, pricing, promotions, and market updates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support marketing and sales activities to generate new leads and business opportunities.

What We Offer

• Potential monthly earnings of RM5,000 – RM10,000+, depending on individual performance and successful sales.
• Commission paid within 3 days after a successful closing.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and following up on enquiries.
• Self-motivated and willing to work towards sales goals.
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Property experience is not required; training will be provided.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
