Responsibilities
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven
Business Development Executive
to drive client acquisition for our specialized
Tech and Electrical Engineering
manpower outsourcing division. In this role, you will connect with engineering leads, IT directors, and tech startup founders to provide flexible, technical staffing solutions.
This role is open to junior professionals with
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
. It offers a competitive base package, supplemented by an attractive, performance-based
commission structure
.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Prospecting
: Source new client leads in the tech, IT, hardware, electronics, and electrical engineering sectors.
Cold Outreach
: Reach out to Tech Directors, Engineering Managers, and HR teams via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
Client Consultation
: Assess clients’ technical talent gaps, project timelines, and specific technical skill requirements.
Pitching & Proposals
: Present tailored technical staffing options, including contract developers, system engineers, and electrical technicians.
Commercial Negotiation
: Negotiate hourly billing rates, placement fees, and service level agreements (SLAs) with corporate buyers.
Internal Coordination
: Partner closely with our internal technical recruiters to ensure candidate profiles match client expectations.
Pipeline Management
: Log all outreach activities, client meetings, and pipeline stages accurately into the company CRM.
Requirements& Qualifications
Experience
:
1 to 2 years
of experience in B2B sales, corporate telemarketing, lead generation, or staffing agency recruitment.
Industry Familiarity
: Prior experience or a strong interest in technology, IT infrastructure, or electrical engineering domains.
Communication
: Confident phone presence, polished writing skills, and comfort pitching to corporate managers.
Sales Drive
: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards monthly client acquisition goals.
