Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of retail operations experience is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail operations are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and planning abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth business performance.

• Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.

• Coordinate communication between retail outlets, warehouse, and headquarters.

• Prepare and review operational reports, sales reports, and banking records.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Support new outlet setup, relocation, and closure projects.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.

• Coordinate promotional campaigns and operational activities.

• Assist with manpower planning and recruitment coordination.

• Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained.
