Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a related field.

Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Familiar with online sales, order management, product listings, promotions, and marketplace operations.

Experience or knowledge in corporate vendor registration, vendor portals, and supplier onboarding will be an advantage.

Able to prepare and maintain documents required for vendor registration with corporate companies.

Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

Able to work independently and manage multiple e-commerce and vendor-related tasks.

Manage the company's e-commerce stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other relevant online platforms.

Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, inventory availability, promotions, vouchers, and online campaigns.

Monitor and process online orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.

Monitor e-commerce sales performance and identify opportunities to increase online sales and platform visibility.

Handle new vendor registration and supplier onboarding with corporate companies and relevant organizations.

Prepare, submit, and maintain required vendor registration documents, company information, supporting documents, and certifications.

Monitor the status of vendor applications, renewals, registrations, and required documentation.

Maintain an updated database of registered corporate vendors/accounts and important renewal or expiry dates.

Liaise with corporate clients, procurement departments, and relevant internal teams regarding vendor registration requirements and documentation.

Identify potential corporate companies and platforms where the company can register as an approved vendor or supplier.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, orders, customer enquiries, corporate requirements, and sales opportunities.
