About the role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Managing and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
• Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Developing and monitoring sales budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators
• Providing regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance
• Identifying and implementing training and development initiatives to upskill the sales team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Proficient in using sales-related software and tools to track and measure performance
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
