Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate level or equivalent.
- Preferable 2 year(s) of working experience in inventory management and warehousing activities.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
- Possess strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good in problem solving skills.
- Willing to work in the store and receive physical work.
- Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- To monitor all daily incoming and outgoing inventory transaction and stocks movement.
- Maintain proper record of inventory and ensure it is updated accurately and timely.
- Receiving & verifying all incoming goods are properly stored & labelled.
- Responsible for quality checking upon receiving, inspection, loading, stock count, sorting and stacking of stocks.
- To conduct periodical stock count and submit the stock balance report for management review.
- Manage overall inventory accuracy and maintaining stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- To establish and maintain warehouse procedures and system to ensure smooth flow of materials & stocks.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory to prevent damage or loss. This includes security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
