Preferably with previous service crew experience.

Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Welcome and attend to customers; assist with orders.

Follow SOP for customer service:

• Greeting customers

• Taking orders

• Serving food

• Preparing cutleries

• Clearing and cleaning tables

• Handling payments

Promote new menu items and provide accurate product information.

Upsell selected menu items as required by management.

Assist customers in need, including elderly guests and families with young children.

Handle delivery orders: pack accurately, monitor rider pick-up, and ensure smooth handover.

Answer phone orders and arrange delivery when needed.

Support opening duties: table setup, menu arrangement, and preparation.

Support closing duties: cleaning floors, counters, washroom, and general area upkeep.

Perform dishwashing duties on a rotation basis.

Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.
