About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support our sales/telemarketing team in reaching more Malaysian employers who need foreign manpower solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to promote AP Online Jobs' services to employers
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) — content planning, posting, and engagement
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to generate employer leads
- Develop marketing materials: brochures, flyers, presentation decks, case studies, testimonials
- Maintain and update company website content and SEO
- Coordinate with the telemarketing/sales team to align campaigns with lead generation goals
- Track and report on campaign performance (leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates)
- Assist in organizing events, expos, or employer engagement sessions
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in the foreign worker recruitment space
- Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships (designers, printers, ad platforms)
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, recruitment, or services industry
- Hands-on experience with Facebook/Google Ads and social media management
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) an advantage
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines
