Job Description

• Oversee daily production, fabrication, and mechanical assembly to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Manage production scheduling, manpower planning, material requirements, and project deadlines.
• Lead and develop the production team, including 1 Senior Production Engineer, 1 Fabrication Supervisor, 6 Production Technicians, and 1 Planning Supervisor.
• Ensure technical drawings, welding, CNC machining, piping fabrication, and mechanical assembly meet required standards.
• Coordinate mechanical assembly with pneumatic systems, vacuum pumps, piping networks, and basic PLC/control panel integration.
• Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, DOSH, and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of production or operations management experience, preferably in metal fabrication or heavy mechanical manufacturing.
• Strong experience in welding, CNC machining, piping, fabrication drawings, and mechanical assembly.
• Experience in project-based manufacturing, production planning, MRP/ERP, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on shop-floor management skills.
• BEM registration is an added advantage.
