Position: Recovery Officer
Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500
0 BASE / HIGH COMMISSION STRUCTURE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments
• Follow up on overdue accounts professionally
• Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements
• Achieve individual and team collection targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide daily collection updates and reports
• Handle customers professionally while following company procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM / equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome
Experience in collection, telemarketing, customer service or sales is an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and motivated
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong performers who want to earn more are highly encouraged to apply!
