Responsibilities

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid / Work From Home)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Korean-speaking sales professional to join our team!

You will connect with corporate clients in South Korea and internationally to promote business conferences, recruit event participants, and build strong client relationships.

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to potential corporate clients.
  • Promote conference packages and secure delegate bookings.
  • Recruit qualified business buyers and corporate decision-makers for events.
  • Build relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Arrange online meetings with South Korean companies.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and recruitment goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of telesales experience, including 2 years in cold calling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Able to communicate confidently with senior-level corporate clients.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Must have WhatsApp and Viber installed on your mobile phone.
  • Able to start immediately.
