Marifah International School is seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and education and be able to engage students in developing their digital literacy, computer skills, and technological knowledge. This role involves delivering high-quality ICT instruction to students and conducting both physical and online classes to support effective teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and learning standards.
• Teach computer applications, digital literacy, programming fundamentals, and other relevant ICT topics according to the curriculum.
• Conduct both physical classroom lessons and online classes effectively using appropriate digital learning platforms.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop their technological skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Design, administer, and grade assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance, attendance, and participation.
• Integrate technology and digital tools effectively to support and enhance teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, teaching strategies, and school activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and areas for improvement.
• Participate actively in professional development sessions, meetings, and school activities.
• Supervise students during assigned duties and assist with co-curricular activities as required.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and other duties assigned by the School Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the secondary school level.
• Experience in conducting online classes and using digital learning platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ICT concepts, computer applications, and relevant educational technologies.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate technology effectively into classroom instruction and online learning.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Adaptable, responsible, and committed to students’ academic development.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
