Job Descriptions:

• Record all financial transactions (AP, AR, GL) in Autocount.
• Verify supplier invoices and process payments within credit terms.
• Issue customer invoices, monitor collections, and reconcile accounts.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Assist in audit preparation (internal & external).
• Track cost units and monitor operational costs.
• Handle SST/tax submissions, statutory payments, and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Autocount (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).Job Descriptions:
