• Responsible to track mould history records for upcoming Full Mould Service job-based shots target.
• Responsible to record raise Job Request form and keeping completed Job Request form.
• Update daily testing schedule for tester references.
• Responsible to follow up and updating testing progress.
• Provide Summary Testing Hour to sales department by monthly.
• Responsible for new tool transfer inspection and mould inspection report.
• Responsible to track record of Mould Histroy align with Daily Production Output.
• Departmental ISO’s documentation, procedure, and filling.
• Responsible to track, update and plan to change Year Code of tool every end of year.
• Prepare robot maintenance schedule for January until December every year and update robot listing with status when required.
• Closely work with purchase departments by prepare Purchase Requisitions for spare part or other tools required by Engineering Department.
• Prepare monthly and weekly KPI for Engineering Department.
• Support administrative activity and any adhoc document that reasonable.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and complying with legal regulations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
