We are a nature-based homestay offering relaxing, eco-friendly experiences for travelers. We are looking for a motivated Admin & Account Assistant Intern to support our daily administrative and basic accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Duties
• Assist with daily office and homestay administration
• Manage documents, filing, and data records
• Support booking records and guest documentation
• Assist in coordinating suppliers and basic purchasing
• Accounting Support
• Data entry for expenses, invoices, and receipts
• Assist with bookkeeping and simple financial records
• Support petty cash handling
• Help prepare basic reports
• Requirements
• Basic knowledge of administration or accounting
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
