Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with supervisory or management responsibilities.

Experience in plastic manufacturing, plastic recycling, resin processing, injection moulding, extrusion, or related industries is an advantage.

Proven track record in improving productivity, quality, cost control, and operational performance.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO standards, or continuous improvement practices is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.

Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.

Lead and oversee daily factory operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.

Plan and optimise manpower, materials, machinery, and production schedules for maximum efficiency.

Monitor production performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.

Oversee machinery maintenance and minimise production downtime.

Control production costs, wastage, and operational expenses.

Lead, coach, and develop production teams to improve productivity and performance.

Prepare production reports and KPI analysis for management review.

Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
