Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a production or operations role, preferably within the food service or restaurant industry.

Demonstrated expertise in Production Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily production activities to meet demand.

Strong understanding and practical application of Food Service Operations, encompassing workflow optimization, efficiency improvements, and adherence to service standards.

Proficiency in Inventory Control, including managing stock levels, reducing waste, conducting regular stock takes, and ensuring availability of raw materials.

Commitment to Quality Assurance, implementing and monitoring standards to ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation.

Effective Team Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Experience in Cost Management, monitoring production costs, identifying areas for savings, and contributing to profitability targets.

Knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and implement best practices.

Experience in Staff Training, developing and delivering training programs for new and existing staff on production processes, safety, and quality standards.
