Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the approved project schedule.
• Ensure all construction works comply with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical issues or discrepancies.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports and other project documentation.
• Coordinate site meetings and follow up on outstanding site issues.
• Monitor materials, manpower, machinery and equipment at the project site.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related problems.
• Ensure proper site records, documentation and project filing are maintained.
• Perform any other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in construction or property development projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision and project coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other relevant engineering software.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
