About the Role
Our client, a growing hospitality company in Penang, is looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees across the company. You will work closely with department heads and management, and play an important role in building a positive and well-organised workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance and leave
• Prepare HR letters (confirmation, warning, transfer, resignation acceptance)
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Monitor attendance and leave, and ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
• Administer benefits, medical coverage and claims
• Manage probation, confirmations and performance appraisals
• Coordinate training and maintain training records
• Support onboarding, offboarding and employee engagement activities
• Prepare regular HR reports for management

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (hospitality or service industry is a plus)
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act 1955)
• Good communication skills and able to handle confidential matters with integrity
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Mandarin is an advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
