About the role
We are looking for a high-caliber, strategically minded Assistant to CEO act as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO. This role goes beyond standard coordination, serving as an extension of the CEO to spearhead cross-departmental operations, drive core strategic initiatives, represent the company in key meetings, and ensure executive decisions are executed efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the company or management team in internal and external meetings, industry seminars, and high-level business negotiations on behalf of the CEO, tracking resolutions and reporting on outcomes
- Lead or coordinate company-level strategic transformations, business expansions, and cross-departmental special projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Serve as a core bridge between the CEO Office and department heads, optimizing internal management workflows and fostering efficient cross-departmental collaboration
- Assist the CEO in monitoring daily group operations, proactively identifying potential business bottlenecks or risks, and independently or collaboratively proposing viable solutions
- Oversee the drafting and review of high-level business reports, strategic plans, and presentation notes required by the CEO, providing accurate data and analytical support for top-level decision-making
- Assist in maintaining key relationships with government agencies, vital clients, investors, and strategic partners within authorized limits
About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate management, business operations, executive support, or strategic planning
- Background in large conglomerates, manufacturing, or multinational corporations is preferred
- Exceptional executive-level commercial acumen, a macro perspective, and sharp insights, capable of thinking and handling complex matters from the CEO's standpoint
- Strong cross-departmental leadership and exceptional business negotiation skills
- Bilingual/multilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (proficiency in additional languages is a plus). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
