Goals Achievements

• Identifies business opportunities prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
• Must act as a bridge and develop good relationships between the company and clients
• To review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets
• To record sales/marketing information and report the same to the Sales/Marketing Manager
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices and customer specifications to their managers.
• To prepare the presentation, business proposals, sales supports materials
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients
• Collaborate with sales/Marketing teams to understand client requirements and provide sales support
• Help in researching and developing new products
• Answer technical question and provide advice
• Confer with client and engineers to access equipment needs and to determine system requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Progressive, dynamic and independent
• Assertive negotiating abilities, self-motivated and result oriented
• At least 3 years of working experience (Sales / Marketing)
• Preferably Executive specializing in Engineering- Civil / Construction / Waterproofing or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)
