Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Culinary Arts/F&B Management is an advantage
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Chinese kitchen
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
Preferably 1–2 years as Senior Cook, CDP, or Sous Chef
Experience in food costing, portion control, and inventory management
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and food production
Ensure food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation
Monitor food cost, stock ordering, and inventory
Supervise and guide kitchen staff
Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
