We are looking for a friendly, well-organised Clinic Assistant to handle patient enquiries and appointments and to keep our podiatry clinic clean and sterile.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone, email and walk-in enquiries about services, fees and opening hours; refer clinical questions to the podiatrist
• Book, reschedule and cancel appointments, send reminders and keep patient records accurate and confidential
• Clean and disinfect treatment rooms and equipment between patients, and restock supplies
• Clean and sterilise reusable instruments

Requirements

• Good communication skills in [language(s)] and a warm, professional manner
• Organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with basic computer skills
• Willingness to follow strict hygiene and sterilisation procedures; training provided
• Experience in a clinic or customer service role is an advantage

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
