Position: Inspector of Work (Civil & Structure)

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,999 per month (Negotiable)

Employment Type: Contract

Working Hours: Normal working hours

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Industry: Healthcare / Construction

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise civil and structural works throughout the construction period.

* Inspect reinforcement, formwork, and structural elements to ensure compliance with approved requirements.

* Monitor construction quality and ensure work meets approved drawings and specifications.

* Review construction methods and ensure proper implementation on site.

* Monitor compliance with approved structural drawings, specifications, and standards.

* Identify construction issues and provide appropriate technical advice on structural matters.

* Coordinate with contractors and relevant project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

Education

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

* Relevant professional certification or registration is an advantage.

Experience

* Relevant experience in civil and structural construction works.

* Experience in site supervision and inspection of reinforcement, formwork, and structural works.

* Good knowledge of structural drawings, construction methods, specifications, and quality requirements.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify construction and structural issues.
