About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to support our daily retail operations. You will attend to customers, handle POS transactions, assist with stock management, and ensure the store is clean and well-organised. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is physically fit, and is willing to grow with a growing medical and healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations
• Handle cashiering, POS system transactions, payment collection, and daily sales reconciliation
• Assist in stock receiving, display, replenishment, and stock counts
• Carry and move stock items as required (up to 30 kg, with assistance provided for heavier items)
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store
• Assist with returns, exchanges and customer complaints.
• Support online orders, packing, and delivery arrangements where required
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales service
• Ensure compliance with company SOP and MDA/GDPMD requirements where applicable
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service or retail experience preferred
• Proficient in POS systems
• Physically fit and able to carry items up to 30 kg (with assistance for heavier items)
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin

Advantage:

• Knowledge of MDA or GDPMD requirements

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
